I got reservations for site 11, in the South Park Campground. The North Park doesn't have reservations or individual sites. The water and electric is kind of central located there. No money is needed to reserve or change sites. The South Park is about 1/4 of a mile from the North. She said about 2 minutes away.

Remember, if the Laws haven't changed, all ATV's and side x sides, any off-road vehicle on public roadways, have to have the drivers and riders wear DOT helmets. Anyone have an update different?

No that is pretty much the way it is.

if you ride the park you have to wear helmets. outside the park on trails don't think so.

10 & 11 have shade and back up to where the BEARS live

Do the off park trails connect with park trails??? I like the park trails but have not rode
outside the park.

Some do and some don't. I have always heard that the off park trails are much better then the park.

I know you used to be able to ride from Rose Hill over Stone Mtn all the way to Evarts, but I haven't been that way in a long time!

We did ride from Rose Hill to the Hensley Settlement one time - 80 miles or so round trip?

If I am allowed to burn a vacation day I will be down there Thursday night-Sunday morning. If not, then I will only ride Friday night and Saturday, leave Sunday morning.

I will be down friday afternoon for an evening ride then all day saturday.

Count me in.. Won't be there till Friday night though. If there is going to be a Friday night ride I will try to make it for the ride...Depending on what time the ride leaves.
