Subject: Serious Abuse on Racer Tech Ranger +3 Kit (VIDEO) Tue Sep 28, 2010 11:21 am
This Ranger has our first Racer Tech +3 Ranger XP arm kit. I just thought you guys would like to see what we put them threw!
He has been riding and testing this suspension for over a year now and he's not too nice to his vehicle but has never once bent or broken an arm. I've seen him ride some serious courses and trails when most wouldn't even attempt it! These arms are built using the same materials and processes as our RZ3 +3 and RZR S replacement arm kit. The only difference from this kit and our RZR kit's is this kit has and extra 400+ Lbs. beating down on it!

Glad you guys like it! We work really hard here to design and build the best stuff available.
This kit is in stock now and ready to powdercoat your choice of color for $2,650 complete w/ everything you need to drive including axles and new front and rear springs to use w/ your stock shocks. Click HERE for more info and ordering.
We designed this kits to work w/ stock shocks to hopefully save people some cost up front. The stockers actually work pretty good w/ this kit too!
I realize money doesn't grow on trees, and we really try to keep our price points as low as possible but we never compromise quality and strength of what we see needed for an application. Any job worth doing is worth doing right... Right?
I must say, the first time I drove Curt's Ranger w/ this kit I was actually blown away myself by what an improvement it makes to the Ranger. It feels like a heavier RZR S! Since it's only a +3" kit is doesn't really make the Ranger all that much wider for trails either (in ratio at least). It will definetly insure you will not have suspension issues on a brutal trail ride. Your arms will not be the reason you don't make it back to camp!
As with any arm kit built here we offer our lifetime guarantee on these arms against bending or breaking. Even when racing!
Thanks guys!

Yea he has a few things done to the motor, mainly in the clutch and air box. Don't really know what else he has done.

I've driven that thing in the dunes before and it is wicked fast for a Ranger. I don't know what all they did but the guy to talk to is Dale @ Dirty Dawg Performance.
