If my buddy Z-28 goes, he might take us on a ride from Windrock parking lot over to the Brimstone trails.

Yeah I know about it. But, all the people I am going with wants to ride RB. I'd rather hit WR or Brimstone but they wanted to do RB.

There are tons of places to park at Windrock. Just come on down I40 and follow the signs to Oakridge. As soon as you get into Oakridge, turn left at the Super 8 and you will drive by an elem. school. Travel ~5 more miles and you will cross a bridge (~1 mile past Food City). Take the next right and you will drive right to the trail head.

It doesen't say NO firearms. It says that there is to be NO target practice. People drink on rides all the time.....I am a member of the club and I cannot count how many beer cans we have picked up on cleanup days. I ask that whatever you drink, to please take it out with you. Also, the Coal Creek OHV area is open 24/7/365. It is free to ride where you ride because it is state owned land. This is private land owned by the Coal Creek Mining & Manufacturing Company.

the only rule i ever seen them enforce is riding fast in the parking lot. people drink, ride at night, and do about whatever they want too. Long as you pay them youre good to go. A plus is this time of year you wont have some bozo with a 30-06 thinking your supper and shoot your ass since hunting there is not allowed.
