Prop shaft trouble on 2010 rzr s

Checking out a noise I found there is a lot of slack in the slip yoke coming off the front of the tranny going to the front diff. I have greased it a lot and when it is greased there is a lot less noise and less slack. Has anyone else had any wear here and had to replace the yoke and is there a heavy duty replacement part?

I think nitefab replace the yoke on his 08 RZR. But it was after he put a lot of miles on it. I have some play in my 08 but no noise as of yet.

I've got 2300 miles but it has been greased often, more than what is suggested by the book.

Upon further inspection I discovered the front u-joint was bad. Getting the shaft out is almost like a puzzel. Took the shift tower out then dropped only the back haft of the skid. The shaft, although is very tight, will slide out on the passenger side out the back after some wrestling. The joint is $45 at Polaris, but a local parts store is going to try to find the same u-joint that might have a grease fitting which would eliminate the problem. I'll post the part number if sucessfull.

NAPA has the joint for $21 with a greese fitting. It is Precision universal joint, number 838. There is another number on the box R871497, just in case it is needed also. The 09 and the 2010 RZRs take the same joint but a friend has a 08 rzr that is not the same.
