He more than likely wouldn't need to have money took out for retirement,because any fool driving like that is not going be be around that long...
I would have pulled over and slammed the brakes on if I had been on the road and seen him in time--This would be to see if he was as good hitting the brakes as he is hitting the throttle,you know just checking his reflexes....
