I bought thin Lexan, cut a pattern out of cardboard, then cut the Lexan, made a few tweek cuts, then zip tied it on. Been there for 900 miles, plus the hauling trips. Cost about $20.00. I had to custom cut for the center bag, the harness hooks and the chopped roof job.

Les, where did you get the Lexan?

A local retailer called General Rubber. They sell a lot of different products. I use their Lexan for the travel trailer screen door covers too. That way you don't have to close the outside door to keep heat or ac inside.

Thanks, It's alot more expensive at one of the box stores. Maybe after you get up and running again after your surgery we'll ride together and I'll send you some measurements.

yeah i just checked lowes and home depot and for a piece big enough for the rear window on the rhino it is 50.00 so i am looking for a cheaper piece some where.

Rhinorider259...remember to take in to account, a piece of lexan will not fit flat on the roll bar.

i know i am going to buy 1/8 inch and it will bend.

Ok....Just making sure.
The X-bar tubing screws it up a lot....
