Need advise from you "Snow Guys"

After three back operations I have so much sheet metal in my spine I can't get through the airport hardly. This having to shovel all this damn snow is killing me. I've seen these funny looking shovels and was wondering if any of you boys have ever used one and what you think of them? They claim less bending. Something is gonna give soon. I'll find an easier way or the friggin back is gonna go altogether, one way or another. What say you boys?
