| shawn - sorry so late here on this buddy - I have the most inexpensive tube style bumper that a) did its job inthe race and has a lil bend b) does allow the bed to dump with no problems c) only issue I had was having to cut 2" off my alba pipe - i will try to get some pics tonight for you. | |

| my rear bumper is the cheapest downa nd dirty rear bumper made.... 2 tubes with 2 supports bolted to bed support frame it will not be a place to hook any tow straps too - it is really designed for if you back into something (brush or tree) and someone rhino humps in the rear... I can attest that in the gncc race I got humped and bumped a bit! One small bend in the top tube. no other bed or body damage. notice the angle bracket is outside the bed attachement braces and the frame - and it is cut an angle to allow full bed dump - again - my only issue was having to cut the tip off my alba pipe - oem pipe with ext tip will be fine hope these help! take pics of what you come up with, my neighbor fabbed a killer pice that resembles the LSRacing rear but he also added a plate that connected above the receiver hitch...I will see if i can get soem pics of it too. | |
