16k machine? You better stop drinking that kool aid. That is not even a 6k machine.

Looks pretty close to a redline, only more trail friendly. I doubt we will see it for awhile, if ever. Proto-types like this come along all the time. I like it, and its only good for our sport if they do build it...even if Smith can outrun it.

When I said " I don't jump a 16K machine off a loading dock....I was referring to the idiots that jumped the XP off the loading dock. Don't make remarks without knowing what you are talking about.
It's not hard to have 16K in a machine......Especially when you buy the XP, you have already spent 16k,,even before you start putting mods on it.

Arctic Cat is not high on my list as a favorite brand, but this thing looks wicked. I know from the Cat 1000XT that they can build a motor. I hope they have figured out some better system of the "override" issue that Heith had with his Cat. Everytime the wheels got started spinning the thing would spit like the old Polaris four-wheelers in reverse.

Arctic Cat will have to come a long way from their farm use sxs to compete with the Polaris, they are way behind but hopefully they have taken notes and will develop a real extreme performance machine. Can-Am sure missed the boat on their machines, maybe the cat will be will be a real player.

From the looks of the thing I would say it is not a farm machine........
