| I agree big-r it doesn't look like one but until it is in the dealers showroom all they have to offer in a sxs is a farm machine and a good one at that, just saying. | |

I am hoping Kawasaki does too. This game is about the get very interesting! And we are the winners from their competition! Most definitely. If you look at the utility side of this sport, there are many great machines available. The competition has push each other to make a better machine then the other companies. It will be no different in the sport market if there was competition. I know many people feel that there brand of machine is the best. However, more competition means better machines at better prices. It is simple economics.

| According to a long-time ATVer/snowmobiler on another site: - Quote :
- Arctic Cat knew for some time about the XP and built this machine as a direct competitor...
Pricing has already been verified at $15900 for the new Cat....
AC knows it has to do something drastic to get more customers and stop the loss of customers to the Can Am and the RZR XP900....so it did...
IMO, if that price holds true when it hits the market -- it will attract many would-be RZR XP buyers, and make people think about the Commanders unless they really need the utility...

| I find that msrp hard to believe being the top prowler model now is 15,599.00 but the biggest issue with arctic cat is they have a very limited dealer network. in ga. there are only a few dealers left. When i bought my 07 i had 4 in a 100 mile radius now there is only one left. After watching some 1000 prowlers ride brimstone they better really step up their game if they expect to challenge the rzr in the marketplace or the woods. | |

| Yamaha still has a S ton of dealerships peppered through out everywhere. Now if only they would pull their heads out of their arses, ignore the lawyers and drop a twin with a decent suspension in the rhino then things would get interesting. Honestly however due to the dealer expo and other various BSing with buddies in dealerships it sounds like everyone has a sport machine in the works that will be release soon minus yamahammer..... hope they prove me wrong | |

| Yeah but the current price tags of the XP and now the Wildcat start approaching the cost of a nice used jeep.
I love my RZR S, but on the look out for the next machine. The most interesting thing about Poalris it seems the newer machines have very serious problems with melting / fire. Back in 08 all we had to worry about was a dirty throttle body and keeping leaves off the exhaust manifold.
All machines have issues, but I hope AC puts good tires etc.. from the factory vs what Polaris is doing now.

| I havent driven a Cat but have driven the other competitors, granted without a lot of seat time, except my Rhino. The current Cat looks like it would have the same issues the others have in dealing with a higher center of gravity. The new one looks like it may be the closest rival. . Until someone matches the lower center of gravity the RZR it will be hard to top in the woods. I aint slamming any brand....just my .02. | |

| Yes but im talking about the ride and handling, it's so much better there is no comparing the two. Power wise thats a no brainer. A stock 660 and a 450 are almost the same 0 to 30 mph. I bought the 450 after driving a 660 because there wasn't that much difference for $2000. more. They are both very reliable. I beat the hell out both of them. | |

| The Rex has good suspension, power right out of the box. But I am happy with my Rhino with it's power, handling, and reliability. | |
