| Coming out of a mud hole that had been dug out by jeeps passenger side tire was off the ground it was turning good but driver side would not spin just make a popping noise. The rzr belongs to friend mine he said he didnt think the back wheels was spinning either. Seems like it does it when its in a bind are there some kind of clip that holds them in place. | |

| Pull the axle out wards. Mine did that, and so did Gileslie's. The axle retainer clip is probably weak if it is out. I caught mine in time. Gilbert didn't. We pushed mine back in until it clicked in place. It never pulled out again. | |

| You could have a broken sprauge carrier in the front. But as Gimpy stated, you need to check the axles as well. | |

| My son's buddy had the same thing happen to his rhino this weekend at coal creek. They were able to snap the axle back in and ride it back to the trucks. The axle retainer clip had broken in the outboard cv joint. Good luck fixing yours. | |

| I know the problem with a lot of the 660 Rhino's axles....was they were too short, and when one wheel would come off the ground, it would pull it right out of the diff. There is a thread on RF.net where guys have bolted the 2 axles together to keep it from happening. I know on the 08-11 Rhino 700's, they made the axles longer, and beefed them up a good bit. | |

| I never had an axle come out of my old 660, we just broke the shafts on them inside the inner cv.
Ive seen a few 2010 RZR "S" models have the rear axle pull out. Spreading the clips will stop it. My RZR has never had an axle come out. I was worried it would possible do it when I replaced my frame, it there would be any differences in mounting holes from the two frames. Im gonna say you had broke the sprague carrier, or a cv....or both!! I have seen one RZR break a cv and the carrier at the same time!

| I could not tell if the back tires was turning he thought they was not. I do know the right front was turing and the left was not turning and was making a popping noise like it was trying to catch. He took it to a dealer today they said it might be some kind of plastic houseing that got busted. | |

Then it is probably the sprague carrier.
