| The jury this week found Yamaha and CCM which is our local dealer not responsible for a rollover death of a ten year girl in 07 at a church picnic, the driver back in 07 spent 90 days in jail. Sad for the family, driver was doing donuts in church parking lot. They did find Rhino design defective.This happen about 15 mile from here. Our dealer has been told he is only getting two Rhinos for the year for sale . I think we are seeing the death of the Rhino as we know it. | |
