ok now lets see a polaris video.
They all move like that in that general direction. When you have A Arms, thats going to happen. All cars toe, caster, and camber changes with the height of wherever the tire is at in the range of motion. All of them are going to move alot at unhooked extreme points. In truth of normal reality the shock is moving all of that in normal operation. The range of motion is not that great when its bolted up and on the ground.

Also with the camera on the ground will change the look of the angle. Those are moving up and out just like them all. I have a polaris here and I can do a video tonight if I need to.
I think the tie rod problem is basically weak tie rods from the factory. They are not that strong.
