| Finally decided to change out my Brakes today. Thought it would be a good idea before the big ride next weekend. Looks like I got them just in time. Here is a pic of the front pads after 1500 miles on the originals. Here is a pic of the rear pads after 900 miles on an aftermarket Ebay set. Notice how much is wore off the outside pad compared to the inside pad. This is typical of the 660 rear brake and is due to the self adjusting feature of the rear brake ( My Opinion ). The brake continuously adjusts and pulls that outside pad up where it constantly rubs against the rotor. This is a major source of brake squeak also. You can see the grooves cut deep in that outside pad. That is where small rocks get caught between the pad and rotor and cause obnoxious noises. Here are the rears compared to the new EBC pads from Bluegrass UTV that I put on. Gives a good idea of the wear in 900 miles. The Yank is good to go for awhile now. | |

| Those pads look 10x better than mine did all the way around @ 750 miles. I'd say Pate, Windrock will seat them in really well..............
