For you RZR owners that have not taken out your kingpins out by the rear hubs, I highly suggest you check them. At almost 800 miles mine were quite rusty. I roughed them up and coated them with grease so hopefully they will be okay. I know I need to get hot on the Rhino next. I hope those are not ruined.

At 1400 I replaced the ones on my rhino. They were not rusty but the bearings had a little play so I replaced them and the bearings while I had it all apart.

Do the RZR's have grease fittings like the Rhino? I try to grease mine atleast every couple rides..

The ones inside (near the diff) do, but the outers you kinda have to tear apart and pack full of grease. Those are the ones I took apart today.

Thanks for the reminder Airborne. Thats where all the break down starts is at those pins. Once they are loose everything else goes to hell in a hand basket. IMO
