NASCAR Fans??

I know we got some on here, since this is the "Southern" SxS Riders. :) 88 in 08, baby!! Do any of ya'll attend any races. I've been to Talladega, Texas, Bristol, Daytona, and Atlanta. As far as watching he race, Bristol is the best, followed by Atlanta and Texas. As far as partying, Talladega is tops, by far. I would be there now, if I was off work. Oh well, I was just curious if we had any.

Hey Bad. Not many fans here if you can believe that. Long time #24 Jeff (I might seem gay but still kick ass ) Gordon fan, since 1991 so yes I have enjoyed all 81 of his cup victorys and 4 championships. So, Welcome to the Hendrick Family I've been to Pocono, Dover, Indianapolis, Michigan, Darlington, Martinsville, Richmond, Rockingham, and even North Wilkesboro if you remember that one. Here are some pics of the Hendrick shops. You should go see it some time. Awesome place.

I plan on visiting Hendrick Motorsports now that he has my driver there. :) I won't hold being a Gordon fan against you. We all have our faults. I remember N. Wilksboro. I still plan on going to Charlotte (Lowes). I'm going back to Atlanta in October. It is hard to believe that there aren't many fans on here. Oh well, me and you can talk with each other.

That was one I forgot, dont know how cause i've been to Charlotte more times than anywhere else. Here is a good link talking about Jr's RZR. Dont know if you saw this or not but it is pretty cool.

Yea, I saw that. It's pretty cool, even if it is a Polaris. Too bad he couldn't get hooked up w/ Yamaha. :D

JR. fan here even though he drives a chevy. Never was a fan of his dad.

Grew up as a fan of his dad's. I actually stopped watching after Big E died, but I went back to 'Dega that year, and now I think I'm into more than I was before.

hey guys... i'm not really a nascar fan... but, i went to Talledega while in college... stayed in the infield, and i can tell you it is a blast(even if you aren't a fan).

Yup, "Redneck Mardi Gras" is what I call it. :drunken: I love the infeild, maybe not the best place to watch the race from, unless you're on top of an RV, but man, what a party.

I'm not a big open wheel fan, but you gotta love Danica Patrick. She just gother first win, too.

i am a pretty big nascar fan i like Kyle Bush and Jr. but after those pics i am thinking of becoming an open wheel fan dag gum ...........!

I'm the assistant shop foreman for Darrell Waltrip Volvo, we're owned by Hendrick Motorsports. My coworker Alan Gates won the motor building contest ( I think last year) in Charlotte. they do all kinds of cool stuff for the winner, He got to hang out in Daytona for a week on Ricks Yacht and then V.I.P at the track and pits, of course all expenses paid.

I told Darrell several years ago that My opinion of nascar was they could train monkeys to turn left all day, so now I'm the stepchild

Making his first appearance in the Nationwide series today at Dover with Joe Gibbs racing. Joey Lagano is getting hyped up as the next great one for the Sprint Cup series. Mark Martin said he is the next best thing since sliced bread. WE will see.

Yea, I'm anxious to see how he does and if he's worth all the hype.

Lagano finishes 6th. Pretty impressive against the Sprint Cup regulars.

Yup, I was impressed with him yesterday. They are saying he is the future of JGR and he will fill Tony's spot when he leaves next year.
