I would think it would ride like an iron wheeled wagon. I have the wheels on my skid steer foam filled. It road like crap to start with and the foam filled tires make it worse.

Yeah i was sorta thinking that the tires wouldnt do as good on rocks and roots etc...because you cant air them down. We both busted tires over the weekend and he was wanting me to get some feedback on it tho.

He could have cut one of those throw away tires on the XP just unloading it off the trailer poo tires, but the big horns should have done pretty well there if aired proper.

Yeah the factory tip's are junk, he just got it and they are already looking pretty worn. I was running about 5psi.

You will bust a lot of tires running that low.

I run about 10 in the rear and 11 in the front. Never had a problem with big horns after 2 years on them.

My pal foamed the front tires on his farm tractor. Got tired of thorn flats. So far so good, but they went from around 60 lbs each to near 140 lbs each and are hard as a rock. But by golly they ain't flat either. Just remembered this too, the guy that did the foam job on the tires said when and if those tires wear out and need replaced, they will have to be cut from the rims. I guess that's something else to think about??

Bacon, You can run 9 psi in big horns and usually be fine. That is what I run in my Grim Reapers.

I been running 11# in my BHs and have been averaging about 2 flats a day recently. My last two sets have been rotten. I think I got some with low quality. The first of these two cam on the machine. The second was from the lowest priced online shop. Maybe I shouldn't have bought from that low price shop.

The bad thing about running higher pressures is the loss of traction.
