Ya, it is a kewl product but, IMO, they are way out of line on price......$700.00 for a 12" 10w ?!?! This was the same thing when LED's hit the transportation industry... we paid $60.00 for a 4" S/T/M tail lamp....nuts!! And when a diode went out the lamp looked like crap and nothing you could do about it except replace it.
There was usually a 100,000 hour warrant with the lamp, but if the vendor saw any green at the connection, end of warranty.
And ya know that the MFG only has penny's in electric components invested in the lamp..... ...sorry, I'll shut up now.
