I'm not trying to be a ass but that's what happened to me. You can't get worst service anywhere. Thanks for the heads up and I did see in the directions that they clearly state not to use larger than a 3500lb winch so if I bend it I will not look for warranty on it since I am using it beyond what EMP says. I wouldn't expect them to. I, like you am not trying to be an ass, just stating that I wouldn't expect them to warranty an item that I am not following the directions on. Very good point.

That bumper is a real piece of shit . I took mine off, it keep coming loose with out even using it. If I did use it , it would bend and crack. Look at my avatar that's me making one of there bumpers. we must have the same workshop

| I had to repair the frame in few places from having my ride height set too low. Went ahead and repainted the whole frame, put nut-serts in the skid plate holes instead of the stock "self tapper" holes.
A helpful hint. If anyone has the skidplate off their Rzr, go ahead and replace all the stock bolts with a good quality bolt. I cant remember the size now that Im trying to! The factory bolts rust and are weak, and will twist off when trying to remove them. A good quality bolt will prevent this.
The Rzr is getting all new bushings, front bearings and hubs, brakes all the way around, a new u-joint in the driveshaft, new shifter cable, resealed the transmission case, new spark plugs, re-doing my sound system, oh man I got alot of work to do!
Good news is the transmission is already done, frame is painted and repaired, and my parts are in a box waiting on me.

I used to do this with my old race quads at least twice a year. No better way to maintain something than to take it down to nothing and reassemble.

| Gave her a full Blood transfusion, changed out the brake pressure switch, and bled the brakes. Tomorrow I'll swap out a hid ballast with the truck until I get a new one in from ddm. She'll also get a bath and a good lubing up too. | |
