| Got the rear end put together, ran the engine long enough to bleed the air out of the cooling system. Gotta top off all the fluids, and I might actually put in the brake and gas pedal assembly and steering column and drive it around tonight. | |

I've heard several different opinions, I here tha t the RZR uses 4 different fluids....engine oil, front diff specific, and rear diff and tranny specific, now I heard you can use the same fluid in the tranny and rear diff, but front diff has to have a special thinner fluid, is this true?

| You NEED to run Polaris LT Fluid in the front diff. The Rear diff uses a 75/140 Syn. The transmission and transer use the same fluid (I use lucas syn. ATF) Then the engine oil.
You can use other oils in everything except for the front diff, there you need to use the Polaris LT. The good side is that one quart bottle will fill the front diff a few times!
I dont know if people are using the same fluid in the rear diff as the trans/transfer...I wouldnt.

That model is the CS-330MX4. They also come in Orange. Pam has been wanting a small one for the property. I have two 18" Stihl saws. They are way to big to carry on the RZRS.

| Its starting to look alot like a RZR again!! I rode it up and down the street some, fought an air pocket in the cooling system, and had an issue with the throttle cable sticking (my fault, had it ran wrong) Did some testing with the Dynatek, according to my redneck speed runs and butt dyno, looks like I have knocked about 1/2 second off my 0-40 times. | |
