I made this in class one day, It is nothing but duct work. You can buy a 3x4 sheet at lowes for about $15 and trim it down. You can also buy a shield for about $100 or so too. I've had several rides now with it and no more heat problems. Next time I have my bed off i'm going to screw it to the bed with a silicone bead to keep the rattle down though.

I'll try to get some pics when I get it unloaded. I got 600# of corn on it right now to take to the farm tomorrow.

I put on my doors and roof, took it on the first ride.

2" lift and pulled the 1.5 wheel spacers off and installed 2.5 spacers...
and unhooked the rear swaybar....rides smooooooth now

2 new ball joints on left side 3200+ miles on old ones 1 right tie rod end 1 left rear wheel bearing and 4 new grim reapers ready to ride nice stuff there Bush guess i get to see it at windrock sat.

I did that yesterday......

replaced broken sachs shocks and springs with these....

replaced broken motor mounts with Holz racing mounts. And boy does it viberate, I think enough that Gunny would like it .
Replaced one lower ball joint and all rear a arm bushings.
