| 625 miles and the stock bushings were letting me know they were due to be changed...I put in a set of Super Daves bushings tonight...should be good to go for 2000+ miles now...ball joints and wheel bearings were in real good shape. | |

| Chopped my top 4 1/2' last night. Still have to finish welding and refabricate my S bars. I also am installing new seat belt brackets to the stock locations so that a child booster seat can be installed with the tethers. | |

| Used the worthless RZR to haul Cadets and tools around during the construction of the Wild Warrior adventure race. I used the winch to help straighten the poles that were part of the rope bridge. I even managed to strap some heavy wooden obstacles to the roof and haul them up into the woods to be erected. For such a crappy machine, I found several uses for it as a utility vehicle. Oh, then I solicited the wife and kids for help washing it up before tucking it back safely into the garage. | It wasn't too hard. I tilted the A pillars back by grinding off the nubs where it bolts together. I also cut and sleeved the two roof bars. With everything cut it was easy to line everything back up. I didn't want to have to weld it while the there was tension somewhere. I would have finished up tonight but I ran out of mig gas. | |

| Nothing as elaborate as jhoncho's project, I installed a new air filter and checked the oil level in the Teryx, all by myself! I have been taking it to the dealer for all the maintenance up till now... took this old cripple four hours to get it done but it is done right... | |

I wish you were closer. I would maintain the Rex for ya. All you would need to do is supply me with beer.......... Wait, that would cost you much more then taking it to the dealer....

| All new wheel bearings in the rzr, got 2300 miles on the original ones and they weren't in too bad a shape. Got some 4 point harnesses ordered for the wife's teryx, designed and made my own bolt on harness anchor points to attach to the roll cage for the shoulder straps.
Fyi...I have rjs 4 point harnesses in my rzr, got them from wesco performance couple years ago and love them. 49.99 a set. Ordered the same for the wife.
