| Did some night riding last night. Oh my what a light that AJ sold me. It lights the whole field up, not just in front of you. Washed the RZRS down today and painted the scratched doors, so I can scratch them some more. | |

| Harnesses are in, roof windshield and back window are back installed. Winch is hooked up now. Wiring , wiring and more wiring...Overhead console is up now still have some more wiring to do and a little of this and that. But I should be good to go by this weekend.. BTW Big R you were worried about me hearing my radio over my exhaust. Not a problem, Infact you might hear my radio over my exhaust.. Four 7" Alpines pushed by a JBL amp. Testing it out it was over 98Db in the cab of the RZR and still was perfectly clear.. Its louder then Ill probably use... | |

Good deal. I'm still concerned about the bearings...I called 5-dealers today and none had them in stock. I ordered a complete set off-E-bay last Friday but I'm not 100% sure they will get here in time. A tracking number was posted today for them. In the meantime, tomorrow I'm going to a bearing-house and see if maybe they can match me something up. My neighbor has an Arctic-Cat quad and they matched some wheel-bearings up for him. So we'll see.

| U might check to see if u have a Motion Industries close by. They are usually located anywhere there is industrial manufacturing. They are an industrial supplier but also do counter cash sales. They can get any bearing and usually have common bearings in stock. Odd bearings the next day. Will be cheaper than dealer. I have found that Polaris uses standard sizes. Probably due to them being cheaper to source. Just enter the bearing # and select manufacturer #. http://www.motionindustries.com/motion3/jsp/mii/index.html | |

Just enter the bearing # and select manufacturer #. http://www.motionindustries.com/motion3/jsp/mii/index.html Good info. There are several around. I cannot figure out how to search by size on thier site tho. The front is a 44x72x33.1, the rear is 40x74x40. I don't have a rear taken out yet (they would probably be o.k.) The number on the front 3514627 , WHBF provides no results. Edit-I'm learning quick. The rears are the same as a Timken 510003. Funny they fit VW Jettas and Mazda Protege . But the fronts seem to be odd.

On the other hand I rebuilt a rhino carb tonight, rebuilt a fuel pump, and cleaned a top end. Then I put a new axle in a teryx and re wired a stereo on it. Hell its only 10:45, and im off 2moro, hell might as well go on a beer run and bring the commander down and go through it with a fine tooth comb!
