All of this replaced under my Polaristar 5 year extended Warranty. However when they replaced the frame the last time they said my warranty had reached the maximum payout of 10K so it was essentially cancelled. That's when I made the decision to put the Racer Tech +6 LT kit on. That eliminated all of the weak links the RZR comes with. I had them build me SS pivot tubes and cut grease slots in the delrin bushings. So far with 600 miles on the set up I have zero wear or play in any component.

1. Tie-Rod end.
2. (1) rear axle--snapped the shaft in half.

Rhino 10,xxx miles 4 axles 1 rearend 2tierod ends 1rack&pinion muffler 2hubs several sets of breaks& wheelbearings-brakes 1 warn winch 1 way bearing 2-belts RZR-never broke anything yet 2500 miles Replaced bushings&brakes

Lets just say the rhino was 1% stock i broke almost everything but replaced it with aftermarket including the motor....

The commander outside of the whole motor and tie rods nothing :)

1. Parking brake pad, because some idiot left it on at Royal Blue until Airborne alerted me...

2. Fuel pump

Don't know if those should be considered breakage...

Smith your 1 and 8 are backwards. You may want to get a new keyboard....that seems to happen to you a lot.

That's a factory 2011 cage. I replaced it with one from super atv.

That sucks. I put the 2011 on my 09. Is the 11 made of magnesium? I have a super ATV one.....do you think I should change it out? When it came apart did it damage anything else?
