hey yank ,,that 2010 t rex ?? still needs nothing ! my 04 rhino 700 miles , rear brake pads ,didnt need them just hated the noise !

07 660 5500 miles

5 or so sets of brake pads
Wheel bearings....I lost count
4 sets of a-arm bushings
All front a-arms
2 Left and 1 right spindle
one rear spindle
one hub
two front calipers
two axles and cvs
3 sets of ball joints
belt
several fuel filters


09 RZR S 5800 miles

1 set wheel bearings
1 set of brake pads
all a-arm bushings
front diff
drive shaft u joints
three belts
2 shift cables
4 fenders

2008 Teryx 3000 miles. 300 hrs.
2 sets of front brake pads (every 1500 miles)

2009 Teryx 3100 miles. 290 hrs.
2 sets of front brake pads
1 rear main seal

2010 Teryx 3300 miles. 320 hrs.
2 sets of front brake pads
1 set of front wheel bearings (replaced at 3100 miles)

2012 Teryx 4 (mine)
32 hrs. 404 miles
nothing

2012 Teryx 4 (Dudley's trail maintanance unit)
130 hrs. 1311 miles
nothing, all bearings bushings tight, brake pads still have 75% pad left.

08 teryx
174 hrs

2 front diff lock cables
1 set front a arm bushings
home made air filter mount in stock box ( original never sealed)
home made intake plenum (original never sealed to carbs)
2 rear main seals
1 drive belt
rear wheel bearings last night.

I think I have now officially broke everything on mine atleast once now.

I haven't broke anything in a long time. It's easy just don't use it.
But I do need to replace all the bushings AGAIN.......

08 Rhino all of this with less than 500 miles.

Because I overheated the engine I had to replace:
Piston
Cylinder
Timing chain
Water pump chain
Temp sending unit that turns on the radiator fan
One-way clutch bearing

Normal wear:
Brakes: 1 set
Tie rod ends replaced with hiem joints
2 CV boots

Because of a couple of hard flips and rollovers, All of the plastic.

Whenever something breaks, I try to upgrade the replacement. For example I now have:

Wiseco 11:1 piston
Raptor stage 1 can
full Muzzy exhaust
gold spring
stock valves
stock intake/filter
MSD w/ Todd's maps
16g OD weights with original design & sliders
26" Big Horns @ 7psi
NKG CPR8EA
Because of poor design I've replaced both front spindles with Incognitos.
62mph @ 8,000rpm with GPS
66mph @ 8,500rpm with GPS

It pulls hard all the way to about 56mph.

Rad fan override switch.
Hiem joint tie rod ends
DWT beadlocks
Gauges: Tach, volt, water temp, oil pressure
Power steering
4 point harnesses

600 miles, just broke a couple heads off of some bolts on the skids. Replaced those. (I was learning how to drive, and havind a difficult time on some rocks).

top and lower link bars on the Driver side
lower link bar on the passenger side

2010 Teryx Sport - throttle position sensor. Eveything else is tight

Left rear axle, last year at Brimstone

Right rear axle last weekend doing firewood

1300 Mi. Nothing broke yet. I don't think I'm trying hard enough.

Now I need a starter and 1 front axle

UR joking rite??? I'm on my 4th SXS and I have just about broke it all.....LOL all the way to slinging a rod outa the block on my S. Hesse things take some abuse though.

I'd join in on this list but we'd run out of room for the rest of the internet.

I haven't but my daughter broke the base of her seat when she turned her rzr on it's side...LOL.

Something new---364 miles broke shift cable as we loaded in Royal Blue  saturday night  luckly it was in reverse  I just backed in off trailer straight into shop.
