| I use full year around. Keeps the cold off in the winter, the dust off in the summer. Friends who have a half or none, are all dirty faced when we ride. | |

| Maybe because Im young....but half is the only way for me. I actually cut my half down, so in the case it would become completely covered in mud, I can still see over it. It still provides enough wind block that I can lower my head down under the airflow going down the road in the winter.
I think its gonna be a personal preference on this one!

| Heres my Half with my old cage/plastics. If it were completly covered in mud I can still see over it with very little loss of visability. | |

| Ive had both and it boils down to when its cold, full is only way to go, other times the half is great. I only have a full right now bout thinking of buying a half for the rest of the year. | |

| I have a folding windshield...Love mine. It gets hot, fold it down.....cold-fold it up. In the summer months I usually take it off. | |

| Anyone if the koplin tilt windshield is any good? It is about $100 cheaper then the EMP one and looks like if i wanted in the summer I could take the top part off and run it as a half. | |

I've got emp's flip out and love it. The Mr-10 coating they have is nice and as many limbs that have hit it and still not a scratch. I'm very happy with it so far.
