PostSubject: My Project X   My Project X EmptyThu Apr 19, 2012 7:27 pm

Well this winter decided to rebuild the 08 olive green rzr. Here are the pics of the completed project. Rebuilt the whole engine upped compression and stage 3 cam with springs, rebuilt the transfer case and rear end, homemade +5 long travel with heims (now S width) with XP900 shocks, new paint job and interior upgrades (heater, switch panel and ipod hookup with speakers).

Rode it about 100 miles and can say lot more power but need to work on the rear shocks a little. I am going to change springs and maybe get them revavled a little. The rear rides a little to stiff people following me say when i go in a turn a hard the inside rear wheel comes completely off the ground.

Yes running only two wheel drive the front diff splines are kind of stripped out. Really have not needed AWD plus it runs three times smoother without the front drive shaft and such.

Are you not going to fix the front diff?

Yeah will fix it some time but kind of like it the way it is right now. That is what the winch is for just did not have the new cable on it in pics.
