| Reminder to self not to go to Washington state... I like to be able to ride mine around the block every now and again. | |

| In SC it's almost that bad. You can ride up to a mile from your home on secondary roads but that's it. It's funny because you can go anywhere you want on a scooter or a tractor (except intersates). | |

| I'm putting flashing Red and White lights in mine as an "Emergency Fire Vehicle" so I can use mine. Actually, where Stealth and I live we're working with the town to "legalize" them on the roads. Some towns close around us have already. | |

| I was able to get a LSV tag for my XP in Madison County, AL. I have been told that the State of AL has since issued notices to the DMVs to stop letting people with SxS tag them as mini-trucks. It would still be worth giving it a try to see if you can do it. I ride mine around Madison from time to time and haven't had any issues. I just make sure I don't go over 35mph. I see no reason to give them any additional reason to pull me over. I had a state trooper follow me for a mile or so, and he didn't do anything. I suspect he saw the tag and decided against pulling me over. | |

| Did you end up having to pay it? The MSV tag was ridiculously easy to get here in Marion county. | |

| Man that sucks, I'm surprised they wouldn't let you get the tag and then drop it because you corrected the problem... | |
