Need feed back Empty
PostSubject: Need feed back   Need feed back EmptySun Aug 26, 2012 10:52 pm

I'm looking at putting a back on my rzr We are debating btween getting a mesh back like Gunpilot has or a canvas back with window just somthing to help with the dust. Thinking these would be easy to take off and clean. or roll up when not needed. Any feedback on these products verses the solid lexan type. Thank you.

I had the Polaris headache net on my 1st rzr - not worth it.
I had the hard plastic rear windshield from popo on my S and hated it

I now have the Tusk canvas / clear plastic and like it pretty well so far.

I made a Lexan (very thin) rear window for about 10 bucks. I used cardboard to cut out the details and use for the mold. Cut the Lexan with metal blade on a jig saw. I put mine on the inside of the cage so when I am open trailer towing, there is no pressure to come off, like some that are mounted on the back of the cage. I just use small zip ties to hold it.

Love my back window... Cuts down on the engine noise and keeps mud and rocks of the back of my head.. I used 3/16" Mr10 coated lexan for mine.. Its much stronger then the polaris one..
