You have her set up now! Looks great. Did you have to paint the High Lifter trailing arm?
Yes I painted them, I will take them off later and have them stripped and Powder Coated...Didn't have time to get it done before this weekend.

I have right at 250 miles and a little over 30 hours on The Mistress. I decided to do a full fluid change and check her over good to see if any issues were starting. After the I got all the fluids changed I decided to pull one of the front axles out to check the splines in the dry socket in the diff. Glad I did...with only 250 mile the splines had already started to rust. I found with my 800 that the rust combined with water created a very abrasive environment that ate away at the splines on the shaft and the dry socket leading to failure. I cleaned the rust out of the socket and off the splines and coated both with water proof grease...hopefully this will keep the rust abrasion at bay...only time will tell. This might something you other 900 XP guys want to look at.

Pate the 900 is far and away better than the 800...the engineers that designed this thing actually paid a little attention in college...I only need 2 15mm wrenches and an pair of needle nose pliers to disassemble the front end on this thing...the 800 I would have had my whole tool box out.

Finally got around to getting to the rear axles...The left rear was locked in tight. The rust had built to a point that I popped the CV Joint apart trying to get it out. Once that Happended I built a cv puller out of Scrap steel I had lying around....
It worked out pretty good...
After that was done and The Mistress was back together I finished the saw holder and got it mounted...
Once that was complete I went about designing some mud protection for the rear end...
All in all had a great day in the garage

Well the welding was a total bust...Literally. The wheel had multiple cracks that went out over 2" from the main hole. Rather than chance the wheel I decided to scrap that set of wheels. I had a spare set I got off of DoddS a little over a year ago...i mounted them up this morning. I think I like this style wheel better than the old ones

Went over to Windrock today to work at the Jam with the Windrock ATV Club...between jobs I ran down to Vendor row and picked up a 30" LED light bar from 330 Powersports...I believe you could get a Tan standing in front of this thing!

One of the big complaints I have had about the 900 is the tone of the exhaust...it just plain SUCKS. I have looked ever since I first got it home for a replacement. Once the Jagged X came out I found what I wanted to put on it...took awhile to find it at a decent price. Finally last week I stumbled across a really good deal...took about five minutes to install and now I love the tone of the exhaust!!!

So you picked up a Jagged X exhaust? A buddy of mine just picked up a Jagged X. It does sound good! What offset are you wheels? I'd like to see a few more pics of your chainsaw mount.
Sweet machine!
