| Several have shown interest. These dates work for everyone?
Anyone know the details about the sandwich shop like if we can park there, buy ice etc..? I know Carl sold it, have read new owners will let you park there. Just wanted to get some things straight from someone who knows.

Don't any of you stop in at the Bald Rock bar when you ride Pickett? It's just a mile or two down the road from Sunnybrook across the state line. The trails lead right to it. Been a while since I used it, but there was a drive up window on the back side. I stop in there after a good day of riding, drink several refreshments, eat pickeled eggs, listen to there kick ass jukebox and take in all the colorful local patrons. The walls in there are a hoot, stained and varnished particle board!!! Then after I am fully refreshed, take off on a night ride back to Sunnybrook. There definetly are no gas stations or anything else close by. If I remember correcly it's 11 miles of twisty ass road back to Monticello. I would think Bald Rock sells ice, just can't remember buying any there.

| Checked street view on Google maps, I see an ice machine!!! I also remembered why I never needed ice when I stayed at Sunnybrook. On your way to Sunnybrook when you are traveling through Monticello about across the street from Wendy's, there is one of the those big automated ice houses like I used to see in coastal towns in Florida. I would set my XL cooler under the ice shute, put $5 in the dollar machine and it would completely fill my cooler with ice. I would then fill the rest of my coolers already containing my beverages and save that big cooler full of ice for the next 2 days to replenish my beverage coolers. The ice house also dispenses small bags of ice if you need them. | |

Its all good hopefully this can come together Orange Crush called me today for other riders phone numbers. He said his GPS, or whatever he was using, put him in a field with cows. He sent this pic. I think he said he found heaven, but may be short on doughnuts!!
