Has anyone had experience with the dual rate springs from Racer tech? Or what would be the recommendation. Would like to get the best bang for the money.

I put a set on my 2011 RZR-S they felt ok but the right rear spring kept bending and hitting the shock body. They sent me 3 replacement springs and all of them failed. Racer Tech did stand behind the product and took them back returned my money with no problems. I heard they were making the springs bigger so may want to call them and see if they changed them from the first model.

UTV Inc. is supplying the King progressive springs that used to be supplied by Makin Trax. By all accounts those springs are the bomb. Watch RZR forums closely, they will offer discounts from time to time out of the blue.

Talk to Smoothride who is a member here as he has several options and can re-valve your Fox shocks which is what you need with the springs. He is a great guy that has a lot of experience with shocks having worked on the RZRs for several years now.

Usually the spring bending and scrubbing the body is the result of too-much pre-load. Not saying that was your problem X 2, but could have been.

I'm not sure i set them how RT recommened and it was only the right rear so after the 3rd spring and only a couple of miles each time I was done with them. I heard some others had the same problem I'm not knocking the product or company becaused they worked with me and in the took them back just sharing my experience with them
