| I called them last week and talked to the owner Justin. Seems like a good guy and after some discussion I ordered a set of high clearance trailing arms and radius from them last week. The trailing arms are not the +2 length but are high clearance and reenforced with an extra bar for the weight of the Jagged X. They went to the powder coater today to match the Jagged X blue. I should see them by the first of the week. Figured I also order the front +2 high clearance arms if the other parts turn out good.

| So what do you think? I saw your post on the other forum. I'm trying to decide right now between Orb and wide open design. | |

| I've only had a chance to visually inspect them so far. Seem very heavy duty and well made. HD rod-ends but not sure what brand. I will know more in a few days when I go to install them. | |

| Any updates on these? I'm ready to pull the trigger on some trailing arms and am trying to decide between these and Wide Open Designs. | |

| Have not had a chance to work on the Jagged lately. The parts are piling up without time to install them I did order a front set of +2 arms if that tells you anything. | |

| Well that's good news. Did you get the new ones he is designing with heims instead of ball joints? I think I will order up a set of trailing arms. | |

| Nope, ball joints. I'll put in Dave's bushings & ball joints when I install them. Also planed to install HD tie-rods at the same time. | |

| Finally got around to installing the rear suspension parts from ORB. I ran into several issues right off but did not say anything as I wanted to see if they would make it right. The packaging was poor and the trailing arms and radius rods were beat up from banging together. The powder coating was severely chipped in may spots. I talked to Justin (the owner) and he said he would refund the powder coating cost or not charge me for powder coating the front arms. So I went ahead and ordered front arms...still waiting on them. Now, to the rear suspension issues: 1) Poor attention to detail. The arms/rods are covered in weld slag and splatter. An extra 5min with a cleanup tool would have done wonders and made them look much better. I could live with this and expressed my thoughts to him. 2) Trailing arms: The attachment points for the brake lines are studs (cut off 1/2-20 bolts) welded to the arms. The are poorly aligned and I had to clean up the threads and run a die over them just so I could start the nuts. The right way would have been drill and tap the arms and use a button head screw. The way the stud sticks out ti will get ripped off. If I keep them I will drill/tap for button head screws. 3) There is not enough room between the lower tube and the mounting plate for the nut. I had to angle grind the lower front nut so I could get it into position so the bolt would thread into the nut. This ground into the locking portion of the nut so I had to use lock tight. With it being this tight the bolt actually bottoms out on the lower tube. I was not able to install the factory washer on this nut. This can cause issues when torquing the nut to spec. 4) Radius rods: No issue with the top rod. However, the design of the lower with heims on both ends allows the rod to roll over and will not stay stable during suspension travel. When the rods rolls forward it contacts the frame and when it rolls back it will cause the jam nut to contact the rear mounting plate. This could be fixed easily with a bushing style rod end that will not allow the rod to roll over. I will try to source the appropriate bushing rod end if I keep them. 5) The misalignment bushings used on the outer rods ends are made from aluminum. This is an absolute no no in off-road applications. The aluminum is soft and will deteriorate quickly. I will have my local machine shop make some from 4130 if I keep them. 6) All the rod ends require them to be screwed almost all the way in to maintain the stock lengths. This allows for little adjustment range. On the lower radius rod it is impossible to tighten the jam nut after the rods is in place. Overall impression: The parts are heavy duty and I think they will hold to most anything. However, small things make for concerns the average Joe could not correct. With a few changes and more attention to detail they could have a good product, but presently they need work. Not sure if I want to fix these issues or just chunk them. I will talk to them tomorrow and he what they say. | |

| Probably going to go with LTI Radius rods as they are made of chromoly and have uniballs. Then likely go with Wide Open Designs Trailing arms and RacerTech arched front A-Arms. Then save up for Radflo's... | |

| Radflo: 2.0 Air shocks (nitrogen filled). They are valved for ~1500lbs. These do not use springs but rather use nitrogen pressure to set ride height. The rears are 21.67" collapsed & 31.65" extended with 14" stroke. The fronts are 19.69" collapsed & 35.45" extended with 12" stroke. You would need to make custom upper shock mounts to get them to work. Radflo 2.0 ShocksORB +2" Front High Clearance Arms came in today. Packaged very well this time, no scratches They look well made but I'll reserve judgement until I mount them and check fitment. Need to order ball joints & bushing first. | |

| Are you going to keep the trailing arms or sell them? I would be interested in them. | |
