checked my cameras at the farm and found a shot of this guy "sniffing" around the place... a lot of talk about local university opening up their land for gas exploration. I think its possibly a natural gas detector but im not sure so any help would be appreciated

We did see a Farm for sale on the way in and out of Trails End that had Gas and Oil wells on the land that is for sale.

That is a pin finder to help find property markers. It is magnetic and will only pick up metal.

thanks the pin finder is correct and the efforts to frack the cumberlands is no longer on the table.
