Riding Side by Side for Disabilities "Windrock" June 7th 2014

Hey Southern SxS Riders.  We have been part of many special rides.  You guys have came together and supported many people that are members here.  I call upon you once more.  

One of my friends that is a member here is also of member of The Incredible Children.  All the information is bellow........  I hope to see you guys there!!!!  



To whom it may concern:
The Incredible Children is a support group that was started for children of all disabilities.  We currently provide free play dates to the community.  We also go to different community events to provide literature and education to new families.  We are seeking your valued community support for our upcoming fundraiser.  We are having an event called:  Riding Side by Side for Disabilities with Southern Side by Side that will also have a raffle.  With your sponsorship we are hoping to continue to create play dates at no cost to families with disabilities, help provide medical equipment needed by families in our area, therapy, and give back to our community and schools.  If you can, please provide something for the raffle in lieu of sponsorship that will also help raise money for our cause.  In return for your donation our group shirts will have your company logo on the back letting everyone know of your wonderful contribution to this cause.  Any amount given would be appreciated and all the money goes back to help The Incredible Children.  We are the only group of its kind in our area and to continue providing services and play dates we desperately require funding.  With this fundraiser we hope to be able to file for non-profit status to also allow us to apply for grants to help our families.  Any monetary donation can be made payable to The Incredible Children.

Cost: $10.00 which gets you 2 raffle tickets for items that will be raffled off.  Additional raffle tickets are $5.00 a piece.  

You can pay the day of the ride or by going online to:
www.incrediblechildren.webs.com and using the Paypal link.  In the comments leave your name.  We will also have event shirts; if you would like to purchase one please add an additional $10.00 and your shirt size and it will be given to you the day of the ride.  All shirts need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks before ride.

As usual, if we can't make the ride, we will support with a donation through Pay Pal.

I won't be able to make the ride with money being a little tight this year but I will donate. and buy some tickets.

It would be great if we could turn our individual donations into one big donation from Southern SXS

Do you have to have a Windrock Pass in addition to your ride and raffle fee?

A good cause. I will plan on making it out that Saturday.

I should be able to make it. I'm hoping that my new trailer makes it here and I can have it somewhat ready to camp out of by then. If not then I guess I will stay at the windmill or bunk with someone.

yes, you will need a permit for this ride. should have some good highlifter stuff for the raffle

I will be coming. Got word yesterday that my new trailer is finished except for the awning that should be arriving soon.

Imagine that, Trails End step up and donated a two night stay for the raffle.......

Not sure if we are able to make this one YET.... BUT... MIKE_D is in for a C-Note regardless!!! These groups are underfunded as is. Glad to be able to do my part!!

  

In the event I get ran over by a beer truck before the ride I made paymant today by paypal .
As a group we should try to exceed the financial expectations for this cause .

Also remember another great charity the Wounded Warrior ride out of Middlesboro later in June

rzr 900- highlifter lower radius bars, 2 heavy ball joints, 2 wheel bearings ,for the raffle

How all is going to make this ride. I would like to get a count.
