2016 ROTR

2016 rally on the rocks dates are may 11th thru 14th it will be a great year to
go if fuel prices stay the same as now.............reservations are a must by now or
it's hard to find a place to stay!

so anyone going?

Been talkin to a couple of friends bout goin but that is as far as it got. It would take at least 4 to share expenses and driving to make it possible for me but I'm goin one yr. if it's the last thing I do. Not sure if I want to be there when there is going to be that big of a crowd tho.

the crowd is not bad, where they are divided up with so many trail selections.... checking out the vendors row is nice..also the raffles, the atmosphere of the whole town.
with fuel prices low, i'm going to try to make it again in next year

i quit messing around with this bunch!.............i've been waiting a week on a reply ( that's
even with me talking to a person ) of course that person could'nt help me with a reservation
because it was a "special event week"

for like $22............do you have more info about this ( what all is required )

for those that are going for the first time, go to rallyontherocks.com to check out available
trails ......scroll over TRAILS and there will be a drop down ...click on trail/ratings.....it will
bring up a page with a list of trails & ratings, you can click on each one and it will give a brief
summary....
then make sure and register january 1st or 2nd ??? ..............earliest is best!

trail example: POISON SPIDER 7 i did this one in 2014 and did'nt see a 7 anywhere. ( 1-10 )
i thought it should have been a 3-4

we were out there in the late 90s. also go to you tube, put in 1000 rzr in moab.... WATCH THAT. its a great place to ride. cliff hanger is a good trail (now that's some good shit rite there.) there is usually a easer trail around some of the hard stuff.

Pam would never leave the grandbaby for that long. Sorry. If I go that far, I want to take at least 2 weeks. I can't get off work now more than a week at a time due to the reorg going on there.
