Just got done cruising around some after the change.
Idles just a tad bit smoother, to my ears. Shifts are much smoother, with no "clunk" when going from H to R or vise versa, or from N to X.
I also changed out the spool and diff. fluids with syn.
We shall see how it goes in the days ahead. Rhino

Here is some info I just pick up from UORC. It sums up much of the info I have been reading about for the past six months Sleep

I did my first change at about 135 miles, and I used the Yamalube. Next one will be at about 500 miles, and I plan on using Amsoil just like in the King Quad. I hope to get long engine life from both. I don't sink them in mud and deep water so as long as I watch and never overheat, I should get LOTS of miles.

I like the Wesson Cooking oil tooo. Just not in my Rhino! For those that have seen me just picture that for a minute. I hope you have already ate supper.

In checking at an auto parts store locally, they have Mobil-1 motorcycle oil and Vavoline oil that says it is designed for wet clutch use. I use Mobil-1 auto oil in vehicles and never a problem. I will go with Mobil-1 at the next change.
