Next Ride , How about Winrock in November

ill be so close but cant go(or should i say CLOSER)

Its been too quiet here. Whats up? Windrock still on for 11/8-9? Whos in.

I vote for a ride on a Sunday thats close to ATL after Nov 9th that way i might be able to join and ill be having Rhino withdrawls ill be away for a month

I am in if the stock market dont crash......

if it does i might be riding the rhino to the bread line...

8th and 9th is pretty good with me. 1st weekend I would miss. Have to play Army that weekend. Let me know the details. Who is taking charge of this event?

I guess that would be me It is not really an event. Just a bunch of us getting together and riding. So you going to come misterp?

How safe are the rides sittin' on a trailer at a Mo/Ho tel?

Lady at the comfort inn said thay have never had a problem

Unless something unexpected comes up I will be there. Honey even said she would go. I will take off work that Friday and drive down. Looks like a 6 hour drive for me. I was wanting to get a Brimstone ride in. I was told that Winrock was about the same. Is that true? Is Clayboy going to make this one? When you driving down Big-R? You live near Lexington KY?

sure wish we could do a night ride. that would be cool....

since Yank and captain morgans girl wont be there.
we will just haft to hear Big-R's life story at the confrence meeting....

I don't think Clay is going to be able to make this one. I will get there Friday probably Friday. I live a hour west of Lexington. It is about a four hour drive for me.

We've stayed at the Comfort Inn before and they are used to the trailers. There's plenty of food near by as well (Ruby Tuesday's next door). There may be some cabins open that weekend that run $100 per night and sleep 4. They have a private drive from the camp ground to the trail head so once you unload for the weekend, your done till it's time to head home. If it's still fairly warm, we might just pitch a tent

Anyone want to share a Cabin? I promise not to snore and wear PJ's. I like to stay in the Tent. But the Honey don't like anything close to cold. How is the camping there. Showers and bathrooms near by?

If we can get there early enough Friday we should be able to get a quick ride in. Or go out
Saturday, come in for dinner then back out for a night ride Sat. Night. But I need to get back somewhat early Sunday.

Is everyone else leaving Sunday?

Chris, you can drive to the trail head on your rhino from the cabins.

misterp, I am going to try and get there early on Friday so I can ride. I will leave on Sunday. However, I plan on riding Sunday also.

Chris how can it take you 4.5 hours to get to windrock when it only takes me 3 hours and you only live 15 miles from me? How do you go?
