| All of the options you have mentioned are great replacements for stockers. I have the Progressive 425's on my wifes Rhino and we both absolutly love them. She has the standard rears and it really floats across the rough stuff. I have been across some really rough stuff at a decent speed and have never bottomed out yet. It's all I can do to not slap a set on mine yet, but plan on doing so in November. With any aftermarket shock, expect to lose an inch of ground clearance unless you really crank them up and then you will over-ride the benifit of having a good ride. | |

| I'm not sure how good the Teryx shocks are or how much you can get them for, but i read over at rf.net they guys are using them now for their Rhino's....may possibly be a cheaper option..... | |

| I like the way my stock shocks ride on slow rough stuff. so i dont think i will change for a while. if thay start to sag. i think i will get the better springs. Chris..... | |

| There are a lot of guys that love the Progressive 425's so I don't think you could go wrong there.
I went with the heavy duty EPI springs. They manufacture the ones that HW and HL sell. I put them on all 4 corners. I am extremely happy with the improvement over stock. I can run them on the softest preload and have not been able to make them bottom out yet. I have yet to ride in one of my buddies that have the Progressive so I cannot make a direct comparison. I think you would be happy either way. If you get the springs though, you'll need a spring tool. I bought the HW spring tool and it works great. It is a very safe and easy tool.

| I bought the Progressives and I plan on using them in conjunction with a 2" Moose lift. I plan on running the softest setting. | |

| So, am I to understand that if you use the Progressive shocks and a 2" lift, you will net a softer ride and ~ 1" of lift? If so, that sounds like a winning combo !! Or, am I totally off the wall on this?? |

DD you are right on the money on this one. I run the Progressives without a lift and am satisfied with them. Dodd is running the Progressives with the Moose lift and likes the stance that that combo gives. I recommend to try the shocks alone and then see if you want/or need the lift.

| I also have the progressives. I couldnt be happier. Here is why I chose them:
$700.00 still too high but what are you gonna do? Get all the motor mods you want but without suspension they are not worth a damn.
This company backs up there product.
No bottoming what so ever and I have tried to bottom them.
Progressive just like it says they get better the harder you ride them.
79.00 for all four shocks on revalve for the life of the shock. $400-$800 anywhere else.
I would say the biggest thing is the customer service.
I have had issues with the proggresives. I started to see sag in my Heavy duty rear springs I called them up within an hour they had me a UPS number for pickup and sent me NEW shocks, all four, with upgrated springs.
Let Clayboy get you some 425's, you wont be disappointed!
