| http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=41458655 This video is why I'm not taking any chances to impress anyone and you can all call me chicken if you want I was ran off the road in a vehicle 20 years ago and went over the bank and after maybe 20 feet down I was stopped by a locust tree that caved in the top of the vehicle and floorboard and when I opened my eyes the tree was just inches from my face and my right foot was trapped in the drivers side floorboard and I was hanging upside down on the passenger side for 3 hours. It took the jaws of life to cut me out and my ankle was shattered and dislocated & had torn ligaments.I was not wearing a seatbelt and the rescue guys said if I had been I would be dead. The moral to the story is be careful and not push your luck because shit happens in a split second that can change your life for ever and I'm sure Wheelin can vouch for that. r6realtor you want see me climbing any hills like you were doing it looked like it could have been real risky and I understand why your wife was screaming

| Bobby , i agree with you. i like rough stuff. but. that kind of risk just ant worth it for me anymore. I have bailed off four wheelers on hills bigger than that. and watched them roll to the bottom. But , i did not have $15.000 dollars in them eather.... The thing about a SXS that i always feared. is on a 4 wheeler i can bail off... :D in the Rhino. you roll off a cliff , you got to ride that baby out. and i dont really care to much for that at nearly 43 yo. when i was 20 it did not hurt so much...... Chris..... | |

| Something to keep in mind. I read somewhere 2 fireman drove an RZR up a 150 yard long hill almost straght up. and tha did not make it. thay were strapped in and flipped end over end back down almost 150 yards long on a rock face. thay both lived about one day after and died..... Sometimes being cool ant worth it.... | |

| I can't really see what happened. Did not look like that was hardly even a hill. Then again, cameras don't do hills justice sometimes. I hope he did not get hurt too bad. | |

| That was nasty. That is where all that power will get you into to trouble if your not careful. My rhino does not have the power to flip it over like that. It looked and sounded as if he was in 2wd which is a no no on steep hills. What amazes me is the camera person didnt freak out and stop filming until the end. I would have liked to have seen if he walked away and how much damage was done. | |

| Looked like the lip at the end - coupled with an un-timely throttle and wrong ascent angle sent it tumbling down the hill....ouch. | |

| Looks steep enough to me. I think I would be a little iffy until I saw someone go up it in front of me. | |

Are those hills steeper then Slade? That hill is in Slade, but I don't think we went there when you were with us. I think we took the river ride that day.

Does anyone know the aftermath of that crash???

| Well, I can say with some degree of certainty that they did not flip the Po-Po back over and keep riding. That looked nasty. I just hope that guy walked away from it. The machine can be replaced.......hard to replace a head.
I know we ride these things and they are great, but please everyone do yourself a favor. If you are going to grow balls and test these machines, please wear a brain bucket. I don't always wear one if we are just putting around, but if I am going to doing steep hillclimbs, you better believe I will wear my helmet.
