| I sealed up the factory inlet and installed this air intake mod between the seats. The nice thing about this set up is it's a double plate with a rubber gasket against the plastic and the bottom plate goes on top of the gasket and they are both bolted to the plastic opening and the outerwear is sandwiched between the top and bottom plate so the top plate can be removed easy for cleaning or replacing the outerwear filter with it's own allen head bolts and the bottom plate & gasket remains in place never having to be removed. | |

| Looks good, if they did the motor work right you will be fine, i never bought that stuff the dealer told you about dirt getting past the dfr, if it did, it got in from somewhere after the filter. check all the boot connections too. | |

Chris... It never blew up fool it was just using oil I had a Grizzly 660 with a few hundred miles on it that was using oil too.I'm saying there was a problem with dust getting to the motor and after the 1st rebuild Polaris changed the parts on the 2nd rebuild so hopefully they figured out what was wrong with the first rebuild and made some changes. | |

| Chris pretends to be a RZR when we all know you are just kicking yourself for not buying one As to Polaris, if they were going to deny warranty they would have done it since he already removed the factory air cleaner system and put on the dfr unit. Polaris is showing that they will back their product 100%, thats rare these days. | |
