I have been in a situation before where I was coming off my moms hill & two cars had stopped in front of me...I started sliding because the hill was ice....I kept trying to blow my horn to make them hurry & move so I wouldn't crash into them & I couldn't find the dang horn...I guess because I was in panic mode, lol...Thank GOD!!! that I was able to turn my vehicle sideways some & it stopped inches from the person in front of me.
In the video above, I say that street was covered in ice...& the driver couldn't stop...& would prob. put other ppl in danger if they tried to jump in or make the situation worse.
wonder if that was someone he knew
