| I am going to start advertising on Clays skid plates...... These pics do not do this situation any justice. For any of you that know Brimstone, this is in the middle of the hill on trail 75 | |

| That is one way to examine the skidplate. I myself would probably just use a jack and jackstands. | |

It actually went over pretty slow. I had to focus on keeping both hands on the wheel and feet braced againts the floor. The seatbelts worked wonderfully. Just make sure you really are ready to get out before you pull the quick release! | |

| I think I heard the cry of "Man Tars" echoing from the top of 75 while Big R was sitting up there laughing and drinking a cold one. | |

| I was there and beer had nothing to do with it he was just determined to make it up that hill. If he had to much to drink he wouldnt have been able to have backed down the hill 10 or 20 times. It took balls just to back down the hill | |

| All I got to say is I was there and Clay defininately has some BALLS! He tried over and over to get up that hill. To no avail, but it wasnt from lack of effort. I'm not sure you could drink enough beer for a ride like that. AAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!! | |

| I admire you guys with enough confidence and experience in YOUR abilities and those of your machine to even try something like that. I've only had my Rhino since Nov and my first group ride was 3-13-09 at the Wagon Wheel. Believe you me that I like to think that I learned a LOT about what my little red wagon would do that day, compared to what I THOUGHT I knew the day before. I found myself following guys through stuff that I wouldn't have tried on my own. I got a lot of help from guys like Bobby, Chris C, and Gunny, and others and was very grateful for it. I also went around some stuff that I saw others go through because I lacked experience to do it. To me, there just isn't a substitute for miles under your belt. The more you ride the more you learn. Having giant NADS don't hurt any either! ha ha ha. And I DON'T. Maybe one of these days after a lot more learning I too can do some of that stuff, but not yet. Backing down hills like that scares the bejebbers out of me and I don't care to admit it. And like one of the other guys said, "I sure don't bounce as good as I did years ago!" he he he. Perhaps most importantly, ya'll had a great time, nobody got hurt, everyone went home healthy & happy. Can't ask for much more than that. | |
