| Using stock? Are you breaking one or both sides? Where are they breaking.....diff side, wheel side or middle? If its one side you could have frame or diff mount issues as in bent or twisted. The 27s will have an affect. However, I cant imagine you would have multiple breaks with the 27s. You might check the diff bearings for wear, and also diff oil. If they are overheating they could become hard or brittle from lack of diff oil. I have read about both of these issues causing breaks. If you haven't checked make sure your diff mount bolts are tight. | |

| Sounds like they are in a bind. You might do some measuring to see if your frame or diff support is bent. | |

| i have broke 3 stock axles and a cv joint and one gorilla axle on my 04. also broke the rear diff mount and middle drive gear. i also running 27s and give it hell. i dont like gorilla but there axles are stronger than stock but they will break. and the customer service sucks.
i think i would have broke many more if i had not got the gorillas | |

| sounds like there is an issue some where.alot of people make the mistake of giving them hell.spinning the tires alot .have seen some break when the tire is spinning and then gets traction fast ,like sliding up against a bank.try running in 4x4 more in the rough spots.instead of using the gas pedal.see if it makes a diff | |
