Daniel Boone ATV Trail System

Hello has any one riden the Daniel Boone Trail System? What is it like? Does anyone have any info on it ? A physical address ? Rules an regs for the park? Any info would be appreaciated, Are there restrictions on which trails SxS can be on? Thanks RHINO NUT

The Daniel Boone trails aren't really a park system. You can get to them in several different locations. We take our Prowler to the Willie Begley rv campground and get access through there. It's located off the Daniel Boone parkway. Actually they changed the name of the parkway I forget it now. Anyway do a search for the Willie Begley site. The guy the runs the place is very nice. There is also a place close to that called the Red Bird trailhead located close to the parkranger outpost.
The size of the trails do vary, I can fit my Prowler on most and it's a little bigger than a Rhino. Take a saw or small axe, there seems to be alot of trees falling this year. You are supposed to buy a pass, I paid $7 at Willie Begley and they charge $5 to park. So I'm not sure if the pass was $2 or $7 and he forgot to charge me parking.
