| From a guy who owns about 10% of BRP and sits on their board...
My question: "So, when's BRP going to acknowledge that trend, and release a side-by-side?"
His answer: "They actually have a prototype... but internally debating whether to go toward the RZR (current prototype) or toward the Ranger/Rhino/Big Red. They also have several problems with financing right now... The Mexico plant that produces the Can-Ams is ready to go, just waiting on the executives."
Interpret that however you'd like, but it sounds like we won't be seeing one as soon as some people might think....

| Internal debate? Are you serious? Can Am has always been about go fast sport machines, land or water. Just build a dependable RZR killer with a bigger bed that dumps and not be over 15k and they'll sell plenty. And hurry up already! Oh yea....

I think if they look at how well the RZR is selling, they would find their answer.

| I was told from the can am guys at Brimestone that their will be twoside by sides coming out. One similar to the rhino and the other like the rzr. The sports sxs will have the spider motorcycle engine at 990cc's. It will be app. 2k more than the rzrs. He said estimated hp will be 117. I test drove the can am quads this weekend and they are amazing. If can am comes out with a sxs with amentites of their quads they will dominates the sxs market. He said it will be out between the first of the year and spring. | |

| Thay will not dominate if it does not work like the S in the woods. HP is not everything , its got to work. and the S works ..... | |

| I say an "S" type model will not be released right away. Maybe a year afterwards like Polaris but who knows. A "S" may be all they offer. I would like to see a 50 inch wide 800cc myself. I would trade the Grizzly and Rhino for one of those! | |
