| put on new j-strongs and they fit like hell.the back where the latch hooks sticks out.its not flush with the cage. anyone have this problem?they latch and unlatch ok but it takes effort. | |

| From what i can tell this the the way the are made to look. it doesn't look bad, but looking at some pictures some are flush with the cage and some aren't. | |

| Mine were flush with the cage. Did you adjust the hinges at the front?? They will slide forward. I made new rear latch-catches for mine because the factory ones were flakey to me and would let them pop-open when the frame flexed, mine would not pop-open. | |

| Did you remove the side supports on the seats? You need to remove them to make them clear. | |

| no i didn't remove them but with the door closed they have about 1/2 inch between.that what i'm talking about the back of the door sticks out half the width of the door. i'm pretty sure i installed them correct. but i'm new to the rhinos and have nothing to compare to. | |

| If they are sticking out the width of the door ... is the L shaped strike plate towards the inside of the cage or outside? It should be toward the inside. | |

| i have the same problem with my j-strong doors,mine are not flush with the cage either,i will try airborne-lt's technique to attempt to fix them,and i did take the handguards that are connected to the seat off,it helps alot but is still not flush with the cage | |
