| Ran over a 40" copper head on the driveway, with the RZRS, 3 times with it. He kept bitting the Big Horns. No leaks yet. Had to finish him off with a flat shovel. | |

If you did bust your cage, I have both a plastic and a Super ATV anodized aluminum one. You can have the plastic one or I will make you a good deal on the aluminum one, I never used it. I also have the OEM h-clips and rollers if any of yours got chewed up. You can have those too. I bought a 2011 diff that already had the aluminum one, OEM. Hopefully you didnt chew up your ring gear and pinion, like I did. Any slop in the prop shaft where it goes into the diff?

Any slop in the prop shaft where it goes into the diff? We just got back from brimestone this afternoon. I just got them cleaned up and they are still sitting in the yard. The Awd still works, but my front end semi locked up a couple of times and made some petty bad noise. One of the guys camping with us is a polaris mechanic. He said right off that it was the cage. I need to check if mine is still under warranty or not.. If it is I might just let the dealer fix it.. If it is broke and I drain the fluid I should see pieces of plastic in the fluid right?

| You wont see pieces of the cage until you take it apart. Unless, the pinion bearing took a crap.....then you may see some steel. Good luck with it. | |

| Yeah I got the wife a 2009 RZR-S. Had 615 miles on it. The guy had an extended warranty on but it ran out first of this month. I had him take it to the shop before the warranty ran out and they replaced the cage in his front diff and put two new rear axles on it. He had a couple of damaged boots so they just replaced both axles!! I think we got a pretty good deal..
LoL sorry to say chris its mine with the issue/issue's.. Her S did great all weekend and never gave us one bit of trouble.. Mine on the other hand has a front diff issue.. I touched my throttle cable and the stupid think revved up and stuck. Moved the cable around and it went back to normal.. Now after washing mine yesterday it won't start... Everything comes on like normal but it won't try to start.. It acts like your not pressing the brake even though I am.. I'm sure I probably just have water in a connections some where.. Just have to figure out where..

| I'm just glad my wife isn't home, Cause I had to stick my 4 year old in my RZR and use her RZR to pull mine to the garage.. Never would hear the end of that one. Heck I was watching out for deep mud holes all weekend cause I didn't want her to get to pull me out.. | |
