| Good news bad news.. Got my RZR started.. Was a plug like I figured.. Started opening plugs and cleaning them with contact cleaner found a dirty one cleaned it greased and tada she fired right up.. Bad news is I'm pretty sure my front diff is Shot.. Looked like my driver side axle was pulled out so I jacked it up took the hub off to check.. Axle is still in but the part that it goes into is just flopping around in the diff lol.. Went to check the fluid and about 2 drops came out with about 3 pieces of gears . It hasn't been very long since I checked the fluid level so I'm guessing the damage caused the fluid to leak out. Here is a couple photo's of both machines. We thought the black and silver went good together.. | |

| That sucks man. The parts to fix it are about as much as a new diff. | |

| I installed Super Atv 1.5 inch extended A-arms this week end. I now can run larger tires without them rubbing the inner fender. | |

| nope. all stock flares. the extreme rock climbing have got mine. the bottom part of the flare comes loose and then the flare gets bent back by a rock and the flare gets caught between the rock and the tire and as it goes forward the flare gets tore off by the tire. | |

| Well its even worse when the rubber flaps are added, thats why I was asking. I finally took them off mine and I lose a fender about every third ride instead of every ride. Rocks and roots are the enemy. | |

| Talked to my dealer today.. Front diff is toast. They have a new one on the way. He said he thought it was the new version because they show a new part number that replaces mine. Said it would be covered under warranty!! I paid 500 bucks for my 3 year warranty. I've got about that much stuff covered under it. Now add a 980.00 dollar diff to the list. Pretty happy I bought the warranty lol. I've still got another year left! If this diff doesn't have the magnesium cage then I'll be putting it or a aluminum one in.. | |

| I thought it was but wasn't sure. Everyone I've talked to with extended warranties paid big bucks for the longer ones so I thought maybe I had only bought a 2 year cause of the price.. Glad my dealer doesn't care whats been added to mine. | |

I just looked at the part numbers and the 11 and the standard 09 are different numbers for the whole diff. But the roller cage numbers are the same. Sounds like you will get the upgrade. Sweet! I regret not getting an extended warranty, for sure. | |

| Just got my new Hella fog LEDs hooked up. Very interesting I followed the instructions and they wouldn't work. Got an electrically literate buddy to come help. He said I had them hooked up the way the directions said but no go. He said that diodes are unidirectional and the current mustn't be in the right direction. We switched everything and and I have lights. Now I need to try them out. | |
