Now you've got me wondering. I'm going to have to look closer at mine and see if I'm imagining being so close to the top. I wear a helmet on certain trails so need to factor that in as well.

Well thanks to all of you previous choppers, I finally got brave enough and found enough time to start chopping mine down.

Also dropping 4 inches as most have done.

I need to get some bolts and spacers, then I can start finishing up the project.
